Position motive & Context:

Assist the SM Distribution in timely execution of
Logistics instances. 

Key obligations consists of: 

To supervise logistic operation, control the whole order cycle, arrange and display garage and distribution of goods, coordinate with plant for easy deliveries and information enter in device.

Key position particular Accountabilities:

• Inspection of Tractors provided For shipping
• make sure popular inspection i.e. leakage, paint, cleaning, outlook etc. 
• Of tractors supplied by PDI and return again tractor sactors having observations for necessary corrective motion at PDI quit. 
• To ensure disorder loose delivery of tractors from distribution on each day basis.
• Inspection of Tractors at Transporter backyard
• Random checking of tractors parked with transporter.
• Regarding condition of tractors i.e standard inspection,leakage, oil, diesel and any shortages/damages on fortnightly basis.
• Compliance of SOP of Logistic Operation
• ensure that SOP associated with logistic operation is being accompanied in authentic letter and spirit.
• Well timed Despatch of Tractors from Transporter yard.
• To make sure that tractors are timely despatched on requirement of sellers and in liaison with provider and place manager. 
• Make certain each day loading from shipping stopis randomly checked before transportation.

Mobile App Verification

• Make certain that mobile app verifications are downloaded and often and reconcile with dealers on each day/ change days. Co-ordinate with MIS regarding any trouble in easy working of App.
• Report preserving.
• To keep right report of Mobil app waiver instances and
• Other related approvals/correspondence.

Managing Transporters & dealers

• To supervise and cope with transporters/drivers logistics operation, right from distribution to dealership destination.
• Maintain document.
• Input records of daily bookings, orders and items in ERP gadget.
• Generate reports.
• Preparation of appropriate and correct logistics.
• Reviews/logs of all transportation and goods.

Education&Experience:

• Training: BBA/MBA
• Minimum enjoy and information: 2-four Years
• Of logistics operations experience preferably of an
• Automobile enterprisein an effort to deliver efficient logistic operation.
• To address sellers and vicinity manager for smooth logistics operation, proper from distribution to
